I placed an order and noticed right away that perhaps I'd made a mistake. Emailed and phoned them on the weekend and they got right back with me when they next opened. They personally walked me through finding the part I needed and gave me exceptionally personal attention. Really rare in todays world. I have no doubt the part will come quickly.

My blue star oven hot surface ignitor went out on Wednesday. Called Wednesday night got help with the correct part number, ordered online and then sent an email requesting expedited shipping the next morning in order to get the part here in time for cooking Xmas dinner. (Part ordered after hours on Wed Dec 19). Received almost an immediate phone call in response to my email, they were able to get the part shipped out with expedited shipping that same day. Today is Fri Dec 21 and the part arrived in perfect condition, installed in a breeze and works perfectly. Customer service was above and beyond not to mention they are the only company that stocked the parts I needed.

I needed a little obscure fan motor for an Ariston under counter refrigerator and received it in two days at the price quoted.
It was shipped UPS and cost $17.00 for shipping.
You have too remember UPS has minimum charges plus out of area charges plus residential delivery surcharges and on top of all that they nail you for a fuel surcharge. Lest we forget the person who packages the whole mess has to be paid and there is a cost for boxes and packaging.
I suppose I could have gotten in my car and driven 350 miles round trip to pick up the part but not for $17 bucks.
All in all great service for me at a stated price.
Oh yes the Ariston now purrs like a kitten.
