Their location allows loyal Chevrolet customers from VT & NY to visit a great family owned & operated chevy dealership that is updated with GM's current Chevrolet architecture both outside & inside. As for what sets this Chevy dealership apart from its competition is the staff the Parker family has hired from the sales dept. to the service dept. & the clerks that work on making your visit as professional yet personal & time sensitive. Weather your visit is sales or service focused the staff is there for you. Speaking of service, we had a GM vehicle that we purchased at another North Country GM dealer who after 3 attempts to repair under warranty an issue with premature wear of front brake pads & rotors. I called their service mgr Mr. Cornflower who shared they were aware of the issue and had a GM approved solution. I shared we bought the vehicle at another GM dealer and in the past some local dealers wouldn't work on a vehicle you bought elsewhere. Mr. Cornflower said that once you enter the door at Parker Chevy they considered you their customer. Well since then we have bought every GM vehicle from them.

Everything was done in a professional manner and care was taken to avoid getting the inside of my vehicle dirty which is one reason I do not like to get my car serviced. I always try to keep my car in like new condition and appreciate a dealership that takes care of my vehicle like I do.

Was very good always treated well at Parker. I just wish that oil filter changes were a bit more reasonable in price in comparison to local shops! Thanks
