I've been dealing with Ray's Appliance for many years in furnishing our home in Plattsburgh and summer home in Rouses Point. The reasons are both sales and service. The products are all quality items from name dealers who respect Ray's reputation. The service is 2nd to none. They back each purchase with customer's needs, which most often include deliveries. They have strict business and personal integrity.

Ray went above and beyond in making the repairs on my range and dryer vent issue. He also looked at my leaking ice maker water line, fixed it, taking care of what I thought would be an expensive plumbing repair.
