Walked in. Associate asked if they could help me. Told her what I was looking for. She called the dept and asked. Next thing you know it was brought up front with in one min. Checkout and left. Great service. The only thing that I have a big problem with,is you CAN NEVER get through to anyone on the phone. Luckily my drive was only 20 min to the store.

It was amazing due to a young lady named Jen! She made our buying experience for a new camera effortless. In fact if it wasn't for her knowledge and patience with my wife and I asking a million questions, I probably would have walked away with nothing. She is an amazing asset to your company.

Best Buy has turned out to be my favorite store. The sales associates are friendly and knowledgeable. It has an awsome selection of Nintendo Switch games and accessories. Many games i couldn't find at any of the many game stores in the area. April was a great month.
