Colonie Apartments

I have just moved into Colonie Apartments. My first conversation with the staff began with, "How can I inspire you today?" This seemed unusually welcoming for an apartment rental office, and I have found so far that the staff (Joanna, Dee and Laura) have been very accommodating and happy to help with my needs. I was looking for a short-term lease in the Getzville area, and though I originally considered furnished apartments elsewhere, I chose to live here based on finding a generously-sized apartment, freshly maintained, available quickly, a reasonable price, and a staff that obviously cares about their residents. I'm looking forward to the summer, when I can hang out at the pool. Thanks for a very warm welcome!

My boyfriend and I live in Colonie Apartments and are beyond happy. We live in a two bedroom apartment, that has a great sized living room/master bedroom, and appliances replaced in 2016.
Management has been beyond helpful and attentive. They keep all residents informed and their first priority. If you're looking for an apartment to call home, look no further.
