Kohl's North Amherst

I have shopped at Kohls for as long as I can remember. It is a great department store and the prices (on sale items) are not bad. Sometimes you find a steal of a deal. My most recent trip was to return an online order. Customer service was fast and relatively helpful although the woman seemed miserable and lacked the personality that even a wet mop would have had. Surely Kohls could find better people to work the customer service desk.

Customer service was very helpful and sales clerk Maria was extremely helpful with a few questions I had. Got some excellent deals.

The ladies were amazing they were so sweet and they carried on a nice conversation with me about their clothes that they have at Kohl's! Also the store is very clean! And I see how hard the girls are working to try to keep the fitting rooms clean because people just leave it all over which is very rude and I worked retail years ago and I know and understand how hard those girls work!

Kohl's is great. We go in from time to time for their clearance deals on tee shirts and what not. The store is always clean, the staff is always nice, and there is always a huge selection on clearance. We wouldn't normally shop here if it weren't for the clearance deals, because their normal prices are quite high. Spent $90 on a pair of jeans, 2 pairs of workout pants, and a graphic tee shirt for the kid.
