(July 15, 2019, 10:14 am)I haven't been here in a while but it's always good to know, that things haven't changed one bit. The food is still fresh and tasty and their carrot muffins are the best muffins in the Buffalo area. I love their pressed juices, but this time I didn't get one. Now I am here eating my Baja chicken wrap, upset with myself for not getting my beet juice. I will not make that mistake again. I can't forget about the employees, they are very courteous and friendly. They take the time to know who you are, and they show genuine delight when dealing with their customers.

(March 1, 2019, 7:41 pm)Food is always delicious, staff is always friendly, and service is quick. A lovely little spot for healthier lunch alternatives, with daily soup, sandwich, grain bowl, and avocado toast specials, and more! Strong coffee, too. We love it there.
