VIP Dental

Today I had my first appointment at VIP dental. First of all I love the cozy feel of the office. It reminds me of a condo in ellicottville, and made me feel comfortable and peaceful. My dental hygienist Susanne was a complete doll! I felt like I went to a therapy session... yes at the dentist. She was so sweet, caring and genuine and personable. The dentist was quick and to the point, which I don’t mind! Great place! I’m looking forward to going to my 6 month cleanings... and yes at the dentist!!!

Everyone here is super kind and takes the time to explain what they're doing and why. It's a very relaxed and comfortable environment.

Office staff is lovely, hygienist was fantastic, and Dr. Guardino does a great job explaining and giving options for treatment. After my first cleaning with them I had to go back to get a crown put on a tooth that I knew was breaking apart. I had a crown done years ago by another dentist and it was NOT a good experience so I was nervous....a bit of a baby really. Dr. Guardino and her dental assistant were terrific, constantly making sure I was ok and keeping an eye on my facial expressions! Although getting a crown is never fun business, I must say it was almost a pleasant experience at VIP Dental. So glad I found them and am sure I will be going there for a long time to come.
