Elaine's Flower Shoppe

This place used to be a really good local owned flower shop. It's now under new ownership, selection not good and moved the shop. Disappointing.

Nice new store location on Niagara falls blvd and creekside with some pretty gift and decorating items along with beautiful fresh flowers and plants.staff is really helpful too.

I don't know why it's called Levine's flower shop when the sign says Hock's, but whatever. Though it's a cute store, there is a disappointingly little amount of actual flowers here. One have has some, and this is where you would order custom, and the other half looks like they're trying to sell their grandparents old things they didn't want to keep.

I live in Florida. My mother lives in North Tonawanda. I called Elaine‘s shop on Saturday, December 22 at 8:30 in the morning and they delivered the flowers to my mother by 2 that same afternoon. Fantastic customer service!! When I called my mother, she showed me the beautiful bouquet of flowers coming out of a vase shaped like a present - exactly like the one their website. My mother loved it.
I’ll definitively order from Elaine’s again.
