Collingwood Construction

We first used Collingwood Construction to fix our roof after loosing some shingles. They immediately covered the roof so we would not have any problems with leaks. When the insurance adjuster came out to review the claim, there was a Collingwood representative there to make sure the claim covered the repairs. After the roof was was opened there was rafter damage found. Again Collingwood worked with the insurance company.
We also had to replace some siding. Larry gave us suggestions to use existing siding to replace the broken pieces and add an accent along the bottom with Versetta Stone. The additional cost was well worth the investment to the curb appeal of our home. Many of our neighbors commented on how nice our home looked.
Recently my 90 year old mother moved in with us and we needed to make our bathroom accessible for her to use. Collingwood came out and gave us a free estimate. This was an expense we were not ready spend but was very necessary for the safety of Mom. Collingwood worked with us to keep our costs to a minimum and still came out with a beautiful new shower.
