Employees are super friendly on the phone and so helpful ! I was waiting for a package and needed to get it before opening hours and they really helped me out. Thank you :)
Customers taken care of quickly, in and out without an issue
The line moved fast but the workers were all standing around talking about all of the 'bad customers' and sharing stories. It seemed a bit odd to me. They weren't whispering either, just having a conversation while ringing people out.
One of the workers did come out from behind the counter to help an older woman package up her box which I thought was nice! But the whole "listen to what shampoo lady said this time...." Was very weird.
The line always moves fast and the employees are super friendly. This is the post office I always use when I need to send something with USPS.
