Excellent caring service. Hooks is all about giving you the best fit! Worth every penny. Anyone, young and old, with foot issues can be helped by their caring and knowledgable staff. They help people with no arches, high arches, meterarsal pain, bunions, diabetic needs, heel pain, toe pain. You name it they can help customize the shoe to fit your foot needs. Been buying shoes there for 10 years.

This is the only place I will go to when I need a good pair of shoes. The personal attention is worth the wait! They rake the time to measure you perfectly, make sure they know what you want, and then bring you styles like, and mostly like,what you described. I make the trip from Erie just to go there!

The customer service here is phenomenal! The staff here are knowledgeable, not only in shoes, but in foot care as well. Our salesman, Larry P., was absolutely wonderful! He's attentive, friendly, and really listened to me. He asked questions to make sure he could assist me with all my shoe needs. I felt like I was more than just a sale to him. The conversation flowed effortlessly and he was quick to evaluate and produce the perfect shoe.

Hooks they take all the time you need to get the proper fit I was there 2 hrs salesman had no problem building my shoes til they were comfortable with no pain. I am diabetic with imflamation of my Achilles tendon very painful but not with my Nu Balance sneakers built up this is the only brand they sell and you can"t find them anywhere else
