(April 24, 2018, 1:19 pm)I've rented from MJ Peterson for almost 3 years now. As a graduate student I really appreciate the easy pay system and how quick they are to respond to maintenance requests. Joyce Gearhart has also been great in getting back to us promptly with answers to our questions and concerns. Locations are great and so is the service!

Joyce Gearhart has been the most professional and courteous property manager I have ever dealt with. Being in a Sales position that had often required my family to move for short periods dealing with property managers was sometimes difficult. Our experience has been nothing but stellar. Joyce and the team have been amazing!
