This storage location is great! Always clean and organized! Not to mention Fran is always so nice and accommodating.

Needed a large storage unit for relocation. Visited and spoke with representatives from two other major local companies. Hands-down had an excellent customer service experience at this specific location in Amherst. Fran was absolutely helpful and continued to follow-up with me to check if there were other needs. Rare to experience service like this these days.

I was very happy. I needed a place to store my son's college stuff for the weeks before college started. It was my fist time using a storage facility so i didn't know what to expect. The lady at the desk was great and explained everything to me. Very happy.
