My appointment at Bridal Chateau was outstanding. Molly took care of me during my appointment and I cannot say enough good things about her!! She made me feel so comfortable from start to finish. It was very evident that cares about the brides that come into the store! She even was able to squeeze me in at the end of the day after going to a horrible bridal shop to measure me and order my dress! I would recommend this store to everyone!!

I had spent a lot of time looking for the right dress for my wedding day, visiting multiple shops in different cities without finding "the one". I had actually been driving home from a lackluster bridal appointment at another shop when I just decided to swing into Bridal Chateau, expecting that since I didn't have an appointment they would turn me away. However, the staff was incredibly friendly and let me walk around freely, which was exactly what I needed personally. They even had a free appointment due to a cancellation and let me try on several dresses, with Molly being an absolute gem. She listened to me rambling about what I thought I wanted and found exactly what I was looking for at a price I was more than happy with. Thank you so much for your friendliness and flexibility, letting me find the dress I was waiting for!

Bridal Chateau was the first place I chose to try on wedding gowns and it was by far the best decision I’ve ever made!! Molly assisted me the whole time and was amazing! She was very friendly and patient with me. She listened to my likes and dislikes and would run in and out of the room to get me what I needed/wanted to try. The prices here are amazing and affordable! My bridesmaids also each found a dress they loved! Overall it was an awesome experience and I enjoyed being helped by Molly! I told her if I could I would give her a 10/10! Hahah! I love this place! I recommended starting here to look for dresses!

This was the first and only place I made an appointment with for wedding dress shopping. Kristen was so kind and thoughtful throughout the whole process, making me feel comfortable, listening well to my ideas about what I wanted, and encouraging me to try on different styles. I ended up buying a dress right off the rack and I could not be more thrilled and grateful - thank you Kristen and Bridal Chateau for making it such a wonderful experience!

I had the best time here with my family. Molly helped us out and she was so helpful and made me feel comfortable and confident. She helped me pick a dress that worked for me. The customer service was great and the selection was good. Looking forward to visiting again.
