Very clean. The staff is super friendly, not pushy and they know what they are doing! Definitely a great experience.

I used to go to the main St location, but the desk staff and waxers were forever changing. The turn around was crazy at that location, and the service was not always the best because of it. Also having a new technician every time is a bit uncomfortable and again, not the best experience.
I finally decided to try the other location nearest me which is this one on Transit....what a difference! The front desk ladies were so warm and friendly, they spoke to me about specials and products (without being pushy), and we're quick and efficient. Then I was waxed with Alyssa, she was great...she has been waxing for 5 years and at that location for quite a while, and it showed. She made me feel comfortable right away, was quick but not "aggressive" with pulling the wax. I've already booked my next two appointments with her! Great experience today!!

I have been a customer here for 3 years and I can't imagine going anywhere else for my waxing needs!! Alyssa is THE BEST!! Everyone here makes you feel very welcome and beautiful. AMAZING staff! And the cleanliness of the facility without feeling too clinical is surpassed by none! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND EWC to anyone and everyone with waxing needs!
