I've had several of the meals already and they are amazing! They are so fresh and delicious! Most other prepared meals have vegetables that are limp and soggy. These are nice and crisp. I am always on the go, so these are perfect for me. They are a nice healthy choice compared to grabbing fast food. Low sodium, no preservatives and also low carb options. Will be going back to stock up on more!! Oh...and the containers are reuseable....top rack dishwasher safe! ????

Love love love! My favorite location! Danny and his staff are absolutely wonderful! They are supportive, knowledgeable, and friendly! They have so many options! Portions are perfect for me and my weight loss goals! You can’t beat the prices! I’ve tried most of the meal prep companies around buffalo and I will not go anywhere else! Give them a try and you will not be disappointed!!

Vegetarian lasagna wonderful has not been in stock ????stuffed peppers good but better if with quinoa and vegetables. Need more vegetarian dishes please
