Had a small cyst on arm. Incision to remove it too long in my non medical opinion. No stitches on outside, still mending after almost 2 months. This office is sort of busy so I do not want to say that played into my treatment, but I think the outcome could have been better had they stitched the incision instead of band aid approach. Office people were okay, however, you are processed like a number, impersonal but quick though. I probably would not recommend this doctor except maybe to get a biopsy and that would be an assistant. The doctor knows what he is doing and I never felt anything pain wise. Disappointed with the results to date. Hopefully in time things will heal fully. Best advice, if you have a small cyst, keep it or get a biopsy first. In retrospect I may have been better off with the cyst instead of a big scar.

A good friend of mine referred me to WNY Dermatology. When I made the appointment, I was a greeted by a friendly secretary. She gathered my information efficiently. I also had a courtesy reminder of my appointment. I was told what to bring and how early to be there. I went in this afternoon and I could not believe how quick everything moved along. The lady who greeted me and collected my payment was welcoming and knowledgeable. The nurse was understanding, reassuring, and knew what she was doing. I LOVED Carrie, the PA who saw me. She was caring, polite, and confident. She counseled me on my condition. She explained what the medication and ointments would help with. Then she explained how everything should be taken/used. She answered all of my questions. Her medical assistant was very nice and took notes on the iPad quickly. She and Carrie were a good team. The lady who I made my follow-up appointment with was super nice and seemed to enjoy working there. She was good about helping me book a time that worked with my schedule. I really had a quality experience here. They are a well-oiled machine. I look forward to going back for my follow-up.
