They have new policy that if you have anything remaining on your insurance deductible, you are required to make a $150 down payment at time of service. If you are unable to make that payment they will not provide care.

When it comes to the actual care they take their time, even when they are not busy. They triage quickly, but the wait for the doctor can be excessive. However, the care they provide is quality. I do trust my children with them, and that's saying a lot. The staff is mostly friendly and professional. The facility is also clean and well maintained.

Top notch pediatric Care here!!!!!!! They listened to the parent which is very important. My daughter has a pneumonia like myself and they are taking the best Care of her!!!!!! Can't thank them enough. I myself have pneumonia and didn't feel like driving to 3-4 different places to get everything done. Chest x ray here and other tests best place for immediate treatment.

I'm African American and new to this area, coming from metro NY. Me and my child were treated with respect and dignity. The atmosphere and designs were nice. However, it was very slow when it came time to see a doctor and we were the only ones there after several people left.

I took my two children to this location instead of to the ER. The issue was that my insurance had not started up yet, so I needed to pay $500 out of pocket for them to be seen. To me it was worth it because of house sick they were.. I was told that I could possibly get refunded once we figured the insurance out.. Brian Marzan in the billing department was so unbelievably helpful and nice, after endless emails back and forth and me screwing up the insurance info he was super helpful and patient with me and helped me figure it all out, to get me refunded quickly. Incredible customer service!!!
