Sorry, I meant to press 10, not 5 as a rating. Didn't see second row of numbers. Best experience ever with Ahsan Khan. Very knowledgeable, congenial and helpful. He knows his stuff and even made suggestions that no other employee ever has. Give the man a raise! He deserves it!

I had an excellent experience at Verizon when I bought my new phone . My sales rep, Martin Mann, was knowledgable, patient and went over all the details of the phone with me. He was able to transfer ALL the data, photos, music, apps, etc. from the old one to the new one. I give Martin a 5 out of 5 stars.
