Williamsville Family Dentistry

I've been going to Williamsville Family Dentistry for a few years, and about a year ago I was unofficially transferred to the Main Street office.

In my experience, this location is just as great as the Maple Road one. The technology is up-to-date (it seems that there's something new every visit); the staff, dental hygienists, and dentists are perfectly polite, cheerful, and kind; and I learn something new about oral hygiene with every visit. Cheesy as this may sound, oral hygiene really does feel like a good-natured team effort at WFD.

I only go in for routine cleanings (knock on wood), so I can't speak to anything beyond that. But for me, this WFD location is an easy five stars.

Today was my 1st time at Williamsville Family Dentistry. The facility is super clean and calm. The staff was very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. They took me right at my appointment time with no wait. I am very self conscious about my teeth and smile, the nurse and Dr. made me feel very comfortable and actually laughed for the 1st time ever in a dentist visit. I would highly recommend Williamsville Family Dentistry

The staff there are really kind and patient, which I think are the two most essential characteristics that a business needs. Plus, they are REAL optimistic which I have to say, I LOVE about them! :) :D

I made a appointment with Williamsville Family Dentistry over the phone and they were very kind and were able to schedule a new patient appointment quickly for my two kids. I found that the office is nice and welcoming and the staff treated us very well. My kids had no complaints!

I visited the office for second consultation with my X-ray. Doctor took his own X-rays for through check up and offer me his advice. Doctor was very thorough and professional. Staff was very cooperative and humble.
