Joy L. Kreeger, M.D.

I'm not one to post reviews, but I felt like I should for this office...both the staff and Dr. Kreeger are very professional. The office is really quaint and comfortable, nice ambiance, right in East Aurora. She's very busy so when I got started here after my evaluation it took a little while to get a follow-up appointment, but once I was established it was easy to make appointments that fit into my schedule. Josh at the front desk is very helpful, walked me through the whole referral process and made me feel very comfortable. Walking in and meeting Dr. Kreeger for the first time solidified this for me - this is a place that anyone could go to for help and feel at ease and safe, even when sharing private matters...Dr. Kreeger has helped me tremendously and I cannot thank her enough. I hope this review helps someone out there struggling...just be prepared - her schedule fills up fast and they require some records faxed over before an appointment could be set up, but I stayed on top of everything and got in within a reasonable amount of time. So worth the wait...Dr. Kreeger has changed my life. Thank you!

Dr. Kreeger and her staff are so special. She is extremely thoughtful, the office is cozy and the staff inviting. Dr. Kreeger is very good at what she does. In my experience (I've been a patient for many years) I feel that Dr. Kreeger has truly listened to me, and taken my concerns, thoughts, and values into consideration when she makes advisements and we develop my treatment plan. The 45 minute appointments seem to FLY by, and I always feel lighter and more in control. Such an amazing person, and one of the best doctors I've ever had.

She always listens. Really easy to talk to. Glad I set up my appointment and I'm looking forward to my next visit.
