Great service! Came the day I called for a dishwasher repair, arrived right in time! Quick, efficient, cleaned up the work area, Jason was friendly and Knowledgeable. The part was on the truck so I didn’t need an additional service call! Very reasonable charges for parts and service. Will definitely recommend to friends and family! Thank you!!

My Bosch dishwasher door latch has been pretty non-functional since I purchased my new dishwasher from Best Buy in Nov. I contacted Reimers today and described the problem -- after giving the model #, the very polite receptionist acknowledged my symptoms, told me they'd order a replacement door latch, and scheduled the repair appointment, noting that the manufacturer will cover all costs of the repair.

So far -- a 5-star experience.. I'll update after the service call.

Just called and talked to a tech (Matt) about a Danby refrigerator repair. Wanted info on how to fix the issue myself and he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Most places wont give you the time of day unless you bring the product in so needless to say, I will highly recommend them as they have great customer service!
