Been buying stuff from there for almost 15 years never had a problem until recently. It was a combination of me picking her up on product and possibly something wrong with the product. Emailed customer service and within a few minutes got a reply. I was thinking it must be an automated reply is it was just too quick! Lo and behold he was an actual customer service rep. No beating around the bush they took care of my problem and the first email.Reading a couple reviews saying that have bad customer service, don't know what they ever did but if that is the case they have improved it dramatically!

I bought a used d14 dehydrator. It was just 6 years old and the controller failed. They are charging me 700 dollars to fix it. It might be a good product, but know that with other dehydrators you can buy parts and see prices. If I knew I would be out nearly a thousand dollars to repair, I would have gone with another company.
Update: I'm changing my review from two stars to four. Repair included all new wiring, humidity sensor, and new door. They even got it back to me in about a week. Expensive... But great customer care!
