The room was clean and that made a 2 star review a 3 star. Other than that nothing was right. Key cards not working, WiFi not working, Room not set up how they told me it would be. Food at the cafe inside was not very good. Staff was pleasant though. Valet crew was too.
The hotel room was very nice. They had a pool for the kids which was nice. The only bad part of this hotel is that you can't park your own car. They have a valet which cost us an additional $20 a day.
The hotel had a very cool design. I was only there to pick up a guest. I do not first hand knowledge of the hotel but I was told it was very nice
I have stayed here twice and enjoyed the location, rooms, and the staff. Conveniently located to the Arena, and still just a short walk to the baseball field and downtown offices. Rooms and decor feel modern and comfortable. The only detractors were noisy industrial trucks bumping down the road all night and a fitness center that was a little too small to enjoy.
Nice rooms, clean, easy and friendly check in, decent amenities. There are surprisingly few drawers (only 2, not very big either) considering the extra space in the room and the huge cabinet for the microwave+mini fridge (but no shelves to use either). Parking is valet only, $15/day. There seems to be ample free street parking on nights and weekends so if you don't mind parking a block away you can save a bit. Breakfast isn't included. There's a bistro on site and you can have food delivered as room service, but I haven't tried it myself.
