(September 24, 2013, 3:05 pm)These guys are the best! I took my car to Ashland and told them it was a noise in the front end - maybe a cv joint, a brake caliper - who knows. An unethical shop could have really taken advantage of me, but not Ashland! They test drove the car, looked underneath, and came and told me it was just a metal shield that had gotten bent and was rubbing up against the backside of the brake rotor. They bent it back, and I was good to go. Best of all - no charge! I'll be going back to Ashland for all my service from now on!
