Service was great by a caring vet. It's a no frills place so if your looking for all the extra its not for you. Everyone is friendly and the vet takes his time and is not in a rush.

These people really care about your pets. There have been multiple occasions where Dr. Sue and Dr. Reed have last minute met with us in the clinic (or even in the parking lot) to assist us during crisis with our dogs. They lead with their hearts and give solid advice based on what will be best for the pet. Other vets sometimes feel like they are trying to get you to pay more but our family trusts any direction West Side Pet Clinic suggests. We’ve always had great experiences with the staff there and we are so grateful to them.

Had a great experience for our first visit. Waiting room is a bit tight so it may not be the best fit for pets who aren’t friendly with others. The staff are very knowledgeable and clearly love what they do!

I brought my cat Levi in because he was losing weight and had blood in his poop. The veterinarian was a young man who took the time to listen to my concerns and gave Levi an examination. He than took blood to send into a lab to check and see if my cat may have other health issues, we will get the results back, hopefully tomorrow. I really appreciated the time and care he showed my cat and me, the whole staff was amazing! I highly recommend going here, they are very affordable and have walk in hours most days.

Amazing staff... they were compassionate and helpful. They tested and examined our kitty for various problems and he was diagnosed with leukemia. We had to put him down..
The staff was caring and understanding. They even helped us by lowering our bill for the tests.
These folks really do care about the animals they treat. It's great to have the option of a lower cost veterinarian like this.
