I have done a coaching session with Renee and loved it. I like how she starts off by having you really eliminate all distractions around you and calming your mind and then once your mind is clear having you really think about what you want to achieve in the next year and it remakes you realize things you never think about because life is so busy then she discusses it with you and help you plan how to achieve the goals. Renee is easy to talk to and work with i would recommend using her as your life coach.

I utilized the Love Your Body Breakthrough Session. This was an intensive 60 minute, personalized session geared towards jump starting my goals at health and wellness living as well as identifying mental attributes of my physical downfalls. Over the following 30 days I implemented minor changes suggested by Renee’s program, and staying connected with her to hold me accountable, I was able to drop physical weight of 8 lbs and tons of mental baggage. Renee listened to my concerns without judgement, encouraged me continuously, and gave me tools for success that prove to still work to date. I highly recommend this service as I look forward to trying many more components offered by Renee’s program.
