A very good friend of mine who goes back to middle school developed stage 4 cancer. There was no family, only me. After we heard from his oncologist that he had 6 months. My friend asked me if I would take care of what was next. He couldn’t bear having to deal with it. I of course said “sure”, but I didn't know where to start. My friend passed the Saturday after Thanksgiving. I called Kevin Mason, he took care of EVERY THING, and I do mean EVERY THING, all the pressure and worry I was experiencing was gone. Kevin M Mason funeral home gets a 5 star rating from me.

My mother was a patient a Roswell and they had informed us she had about 3-6 months to live. Two days later, at 5:00 am my dad received a called she passed. All she wanted was a small gathering of family for a viewing and then cremation. When I called my work to let them know at 8:00 am my boss suggest I call Mason Funeral Home. He met with us immediately and we ere able to spent time with my mother before the cremation and we had a procession to the crematory. He asked us to bring her favorite clothing and picture. Although she wasn't embalmed for us to say goodbye (she did not want that), she look amazing- just like herself. I'm sure there are a lot of good and professional funeral homes in Buffalo. This was my first experience and he made it as stress-free as possible and was kind and definitely accommodating. The home is gorgeous and has a lot to offer. In my opinion They are worth considering and their prices were very fair and some things were provided as a courtesy. Thank You

This funeral home is like no other. This was my first time ever dealing with a death of a loved one. Kevin is by far one of the kindest, hard working, acquiescent, humanitarian I have ever met. He will go above and beyond for you. He will make sure he keeps you up to date, returns any phone calls almost instantly, and is very responsive to any questions or concerns. He helped me and my aunt through every step you have to take. He will make sure everything gets done exactly how you would like. I can not stress enough how much I recommend this funeral home not only to friends and family, but to everyone reading this review. I was afraid of funeral homes at first after reading an article that stated : "But consumer advocates caution that this is how funeral directors make a living. "When you hear the 'value of a funeral,' you're hearing the recitation of the business mantra," Slocum says." By no means necessary is this true. Kevin doesn't look at his profession as a career, but as a vocation. He is there to help you through the toughest time a family will ever go through. I wish I could give more then 5 stars, that's how much I highly recommend Kevin M. Mason Funeral Home. Him and his funeral home did an excellent job, and I'll forever be grateful for the help Kevin has personally done for me and my family. Thank you.
