(January 28, 2019, 11:30 pm)How to schedule appointment for ECM diagnosis. Truck was in shop at schedule time. Computer tech Jude performed the work. Found problem, got me going, and ordered parts to be installed at a later time. Jude explained the diagnosis and the cause of the problem. He also answered all my questions. Well waiting in the driver Lounge the staff was friendly and also bought me lunch. The service I received was great.
