The best tattoo artist in Buffalo! Amazing attention to detail!!!
Paul did an amazing cover up that we then turned into a sleeve. It's been about a year now, and not even I can see the tattoos he so expertly hid. His work is so beautiful my arm was photographed for Tattoo Life magazine. Sometimes I get lost in the sleeve for hours, just studying every inch of it. I can't recommend him enough.
Paul is a very talented artist.
