Jennifer Julia Salon

This place is amazing, and the entire staff is so welcoming and friendly. I originally made the mistake of thinking Jennifer and Julia were two different people, but Jennifer Julia is in fact one person, just an FYI... That being said, I LOVE THIS PLACE. I went here for the first time yesterday (11/13/2019) at 5pm, and my stylist was Chelsea, who did a phenomenal job. I have been blonde for about a year and a half now, and wanted to go back to my original color. i have done this in the past and wasn't very happy with the result (too dark, and no dimension), so I was a little nervous, but it turned out great! Chelsea did a reverse balayage to bring my root color down further into my hair, and then toned out the blonde to a couple shades lighter than my natural color so I could still keep the dimension. I was a bit cautious of using a temporary color at first, because I don't plan on going back to blonde any time soon, but at the end of the day I agree with her decision to not use a permanent color because if I choose to change the color it will be a lot easier to do so. Highly recommend this salon! I got a cut as well, and with my very limited and fragmented ideas about what I wanted, she did a great job! The mimosa was also a plus :)

Had an absolutely phenomenal time and experience. The staff here are so warm, friendly and welcoming. Complimentary beverages provided. Took the time to make sure they did a good hair analysis for my color treatment. Getting my hair washed afterwards was super relaxing and the styling of my hair was excellent. Could not have been more happier when I left and had many compliments from friends and family!!! Highly recommend.

This is the best hair salon in wny. All of the ladies here are artists, and very sweet. Highly recommend!

I couldn’t be happier with the results!
The staff , specially , Jenni are so nice, always with a smile and so professional .
