Len-Co Lumber

LENCO WAS AMAZING. We showed up 15 minutes before they closed on a Saturday, and had the most efficient, awesome, super friendly help ever. Got in and out bing bang boom laughing the whole time! Or you could go to Home Depot for the whole day and cry. Your call.

The place to go for building materials of all kinds. They also carry things that can't be found easily elsewhere, like z bricks. Their staff is knowledgeable and service is great!

Jason at counter 6 was a huge help in purchasing storm doors for my house. Talked to him on the phone a few times and then when I went in to the store for the actual purchase. Is knowledgeable and knew his stuff. It’s employees like this that will keep me coming back to a store. I’ve had awful customer service at other big box home improvement stores - won’t mention any names. So I decided to try a smaller local place - Lenco is awesome and much cheaper than Lowe’s or Home Depot.

This place is AMAZING and right by my house!! I had no idea you could walk in and just by wood without being a contractor or without having a HUGE order. I just bought all the baseboard trim for my attic floor (over 120 feet for each, the base and the shoe) and it was SO cheap. It was less than half the cost that Home Depot would have been (I priced it!) I was thrilled with their customer service, and then driving through their warehouse section to load it up was other worldly- so organized, so cool to see, and the SMELL of all that fresh cut wood, was incredible. I can't recommend this place enough for all your wood needs.

In starting I would like to respond to the poor post below. As a construction professional I work with Len-Co lumber and their store manager fairly closely. I have never had anything more than a positive experience. For many years our company used a different lumber source, however we have made the change to go with Len-Co for several reasons. 1. The helpfulness of their staff is beyond reproach. When you call the store you will always speak with a knowledgeable sales person who will point you in the right direction. 2. Their in stock options are also of the highest quality. The amount of their products they keep regularly stocked is much higher than other suppliers. And the items they do not keep stocked always arrive in a timely fashion. 3. If I need pricing on anything, from lumber all the way to PVC decking I will receive it in MINUTES, this is key to my business. 4. The manager of the Buffalo location is among the most helpful and accommodating sales people I work with. As a sales manager myself, I can truly appreciate this. I will always recommend Len-Co. I do not agree with this previous poster, and encourage anyone on the fence to use this company for your home improvement needs.
