The sales person Brianna was great, she helped with all the different colors and designs. Would highly recommend working with her.
But when it came time to pick up the order, my husband paid in the front and was told to go around back to pick it up and that they would load it up for him. The warehouse person was less than friendly, he wheeled the order to the door and told him “ here it is “ not having any intention of loading it, so my husband stood there and waited for the worker to return he was not very friendly but proceeded to huf and puff and load it.
Needless to say we were not very happy with that aspect of the service.

Service is great, people are friendly.

Brianna was wonderful to work with!!! She was so knowledgeable and helpful! My husband and I had visited every tile store in the area more than once! We were struggling with choices and matching etc. Brianna made it a breeze she put together several options on a board stacked that we could see and choose from. She was pleasant, patient, and very very talented!!
