Buffalo Dental Advanced Cosmetics

For several years I had serious dental issues. My entire bottom front and back teeth were for the most part completely decayed. I was tired of covering my mouth to talk and sick and tired of the embarrassment. I did my research of WNY Dentists who could offer implants and crowns. Finally I settled on Buffalo Dental Implant. I met with Dr. Farber and he laid out a clear plan, timeline and costs. Dr. Farber extracted six teeth with zero pain during or after the procedure. Dr. Orfi was great fitting the crowns and making my smile look natural. I would highly recommend Buffalo Dental Implant.

Edited: so after my initial issue and review below, Jenna, one of the office staff called me back and we were able to come up with a solution so I was able to be seen today like scheduled (only about 15 minutes difference from my original appointment time) for my x-rays, cleaning, and exam. They were going to run my specific insurance, because they may accept the type of plan I selected from the marketplace after all, and let me know that even if it’s not one they accept, we can come up with some sort of game plan so that I can stay with Dr. May, she is the absolute best! So after a roller coaster of stress, frustration, and ultimately relief, I am very happy with that care I received today and incredibly thankful for Jenna for reaching out and helping rectify the situation.

Original review: If I could leave less then one star I would. This review is for the support staff in the office. I called and scheduled an appointment for a cleaning and when I booked the appointment, asked if they wanted to take my insurance info over the phone. I was told to just bring the info with me to my appointment. So today, which should have been my appointment day, I call just to double check only to be told that because my employer doesn’t offer insurance and I had to pay for insurance from the marketplace, that they don’t accept my insurance. Are you kidding me?! What a joke! That would have been awesome information to have before I booked the appointment don’t you think? I get that the ID number wouldn’t necessarily tell you much, I’ve worked in healthcare fields before and had to verify insurance coverage. But never once on the initial call did the girl ask if I have my insurance was a PPO through an employer. A simple question that could have saved all this hassle and frustration. So thanks a lot for nothing.

These people are CRAFTSMEN of the highest order. You can tell that there is a wealth of knowledge and experience at the first visit. All of my questions were answered directly and in plain language. They made sure that any concern I had was addressed immediately. The appliance is a perfect fit, looks, and FEELS fantastic.

Dr. May is the best. Everyone is so nice and professional. I barely even knew I was getting a filling.

My experience at Buffalo Dental Advanced Cosmetics was top notch!! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the friendly receptionist and promptly registered. Despite their busy office, they were quick to take me back to see Dr. Podlewski (less than 5 minutes!!) Dr. P started my procedure (i had a crown put in) right away and it went smoothly! For a person who is ALWAYS pressed for time, this was such a pleasant surprise!!

I am usually a white knuckled patient but I felt at ease here, Dr. P is a knowledgeable dentist and you can tell that her and her staff take pride in what they do. They are kind, compassionate and listen to their patients. Plus they had really cool state of the art equipment so the process and procedure was so efficient. To my surprise, I found out this office is a one stop shop practice. Trust me when I say, I wont be going anywhere else for any other dental procedures I will have!!! I highly recommend this office to anyone who needs dental care!
