Honest mechanic...

Syed (mechanic/owner) is an excellent, honest, personable and economical mechanic with I believe several decades of experience between working for a dealership and then operating his shop. In 2008 a friend’s father who drove for a living strongly recommended Syed to me. At the time I was a mechanical engineering student with a beater car that required regular maintenance. Syed has always proven himself to be an extraordinary mechanic and I have always recommended him to others. Since I started going to him my parents, sibling, and several friends also switched to Syed and have only had good things to say. You owe it to yourself to become a customer.

I feel my review should carry more weight than most. I am speaking from a mechanical background, and on behalf of multiple other customers with a total customer length of several decades.

The mechanic is a nice old Indian guy. He gets the job done really well at a very reasonable price. I like him and his work.

It is seriously impossible to find an honest mechanic, at least I thought. Then I found Syed at AAI on Harlem. He is TALENTED and ETHICAL. I do not have enough positive things to say about this man. I do not trust anybody else to work on my car.

Very honest mechanic, have recommended to others and gave him my business through a family member recommending him to me. To attest to his honesty When I had my old car which was a 96 Mazda protégé he quoted me $450 for a muffler repair with some other damages while other mechanics charged a little over $1,000.
He also let me know when it was time to stop putting in repairs and just buy another car to save money.
