I have to say I have never been treated better. Mike was great, after my realtor and attorney gave me the incorrect closing date, I had to move quickly to make changes to my move. Mike was so thoughtful during a most difficult time for me. He made the process seamless and did what he could to help out. Just a shout out would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to move. Outstanding service.

The movers, especially Sam, were great. Personable and they took every precaution with my stuff. All was done on time (even when I had to change the day) and were very helpful, both in No Tonawanda and Florida. I'm not moving ever again, but I would recommend them to anyone.

I had a complex move, which involved careful packing and transport of framed art and technical equipment, as well as ordinary household items. Tom did a superb job of walking through the house and helping plan how everything would be handled. Mark and his crew did a fine job of packing (a full day) and loading (another full day) in Buffalo. Unfortunately, at the destination, Mark had to use some local folks from United to help with unloading, and they were far less careful, so I did have some damage, which Mark handled on the spot. It is only the disconnect in quality at the destination end that keeps me from giving five stars.
