Dr. Shelawala is the best dentist I have ever been to and I’ve been to many throughout my life. As a family we’ve had problems that have stumped other dentists and Dr. Shelawala has solved them for both my dad and my sister. We’ve had emergencies and Dr. Shelawala and his wife have met us AFTER HOURS and even worked on my mom on a holiday when she had a problem.

Dr. Shelawala and his wife are available even when the office is closed and treat their patients like family members—with care and concern, empathy and kindness.

And, most importantly, Dr. Shelawala is an exceptional dentist. His expertise in diagnosing, his excellence in technique, his superb cosmetic work—I have seen many facets of his work and it is truly outstanding.

He recently helped my daughter-in-law through a very complicated and difficult procedure and did it while treating her with the utmost compassion knowing she had a severe phobia of having dental work done.

Dr. Shelawala and his wife (who gives THE BEST dental cleanings and is just as compassionate and caring as the doctor) have just left their individual practice and have joined a bigger group WNY Dental — but their attentive way of taking care of their patients is the same.

My entire family and extended family now go to Dr. Shelawala and it is a great feeling knowing we have him as our family dentist. I recommend his most highly.

Dr. Shelawala has been my dentist for approximately 34 years. I stopped going for a long time starting near the end of college and thought my teeth were beyond fixing. After several consultations, cleanings, whitenings, appointments for this and that, and visits I now have my pearly white smile back. My confidence has increased 100 fold... I no longer smirk when I smile; it just beams. He walked me through every step of the process, he advised me of my options, he lectured me a couple times about the importance of going ( which i needed ) and cracked numerous jokes with myself and his staff. Apparently I went so much he wanted to charge me rent ( lol ). There are other dentists out there who have a commercial approach to dentistry, it's a business to them were the more money they can charge you, the better, you are merely a statistic to them. To me, Dr. Shelawala is a not only my dentist, but a friend who cares about my healthy smile.
