Always a great experience. Easily my go to auto service and inspection shop. Tim and his staff do a great job and I never leave feeling ripped off. 5/5!

My girlfriend and I were visiting Niagara Falls from out of town on Labor Day Weekend, when we hydroplaned through a massive puddle in her little Yaris. 45 minutes from our hotel, in a downpour, her vehicle’s exhaust was knocked loose and we had a severe loss of engine power. We managed to limp back to the hotel, but had no idea where to go or who to call.

Everyone was closed, but we managed to reach someone at Mr. Tire. They got us in, diagnosed the issue, and had us repaired and on our way in less than an hour.... ON A HOLIDAY WEEKEND! Everyone was extremely friendly, and very helpful. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would give them 10 stars if I could! If only all shops could be the great. Fantastic work gentlemen, keep doing what you do! Thank you!

Tim and the entire staff were very polite and courteous. I was very please with what they did with my car and their prices were very reasonable. My car was finished in a timely manner.

Tim, the Manager provides good Customer Service, he gets the job done.
Service is efficient, and productive. Satisfied 10 stars regarding my vehicle . I also failed to mention as soon as I called Mr Tire , Tim fit me in for appointment very same day, unlike other places. While I was there, i did not have to wait long hours, out within a hour. Excellent !
