(August 17, 2019, 9:47 am)We recently had to put down our 17 year old cat. They took the time to explain the process. We were allowed to to be present and I was even allowed to hold my fur baby during the process until he passed. We were never rushed allowed as much time as we needed before & after. They are compassionate with both our animals & us. They will work with you to help do the best for your fur baby.
