Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Team was great from start to finish. No complaints. Great location at Genesee Street near Airport.

We have consistently used Enterprise for the last 10 to 12 years following several mishaps with other rental car agencies. We rent cars approximately three to five times a year and have never had a problem with Enterprise. Our most recent visit to the 3700 Genesee Street location in Buffalo, NY (which we have used numerous times over the years) was exceptional as always. Enterprise has consistently provided the best customer service and rates, no matter the location and we highly recommend them over other rental car agencies.

We have been using Enterprise for over a decade now and they only get better with time. Every vehicle we have rented through them has been immaculate. Their customer service is simply fantastic. Their sales staff are polite, knowledgeable, and professional in dealing with customers. I really can’t say enough about how well you are treated by their personnel. Their rental prices are competitive with other quality car rental entities, but it’s the way they treat their customers that makes them the only car rental concern I’d be interested in using into the near, and distant future.
