Everyone was helpful and not pushy. I explained what I wanted and my budget. They we able to show me multiple options which lead to a purchase I felt had great quality for the price. Even when I explained I saw something in another store, they brought up the info and did a comparison to show the difference.

The store was very large so there was plenty of furniture to look at. There was a large number of staff but they were not pushy at all. They introduced themselves and said they would check in with us in a while. We purchased 2 pieces of furniture. Ashley was very nice and friendly as well as professional. Definitely worth the trip.

John at your store on Union Road is an awesome salesmen. We are 3x repeat customers of his. He is always available to answer questions without breathing down your back every second. He definitely is the best. A definite 10 STAR rating to him

Ally miles, was my salesperson, she was incredible! She was so attentive, funny and she helped guide me through the entire process from beginning to the end. She made me feel like the only one, and i couldn’t have gotten my furniture without her help. This is my 2nd purchase from Raymour and Flanigan The experience today was awesome, and I look forward to coming back again and again. I almost forgot to mention her patience with me????
