As an update Stanley Steemer went above and beyond to address our problem. It turned out the carpet was mislabeled by the manufacturer and should have been "dry clean only". Ethan Allen has agreed to replace this carpet thanks to the professionalism of Stanley Steemer. Thank you Eric, James and Allan. I am very glad it was Stanley Steemer we chose.

We had a bad experience yesterday. We had two 8 month old Ethan Allen high quality area rugs cleaned for the first time for an upcoming wedding event. One appears to have not been cleaned and the other is still wet and curled. It may have to be replaced. The value is over $1200. We placed a complaint in to Stanley Steemer and will provide an update after we see on this is handled. Bob

Your technicians who provided the carpet cleaning were professional, personable, and obviously experienced. They arrived in a timely fashion and immediately proceeded to making my old area rugs look like brand new. Their service was excellent and provided a great representation of Stanley Steemer. I will definitely use your services in the future.

I was very impressed with their service and punctuality. We had carpets replaced two years ago and over time they were getting pretty dingy. My carpets look brand new again and I'm so happy. Thank you for a job well done. Will call on you again next spring.

The technicians were very nice, knowledgeable and professional. They did an excellent job cleaning our family room, hallway and stairs. One of the technicians worked diligently to try to remove a fruit punch stain from the carpet. Our carpet looked great!!! I am a past customer of Stanley Steamer and will definitely continue to use their service in the future.
