TOPS Friendly Markets

This Tops on Kensington and Harlem is my go to for a quick shopping trip. It is near my church and they are a full service store but not so huge that it makes shopping difficult.

Great prices. And great service .

Not too busy today. I was in and out very quickly.

I really like my little local tops, I live about 2 minutes away. However, working offshore household there has to be tighter control and the people that work at the self-checkouts, more than 50% of the time they are looking at their phones. I don't think phones should be out and available when you are working. In general is fairly clean, I don't have much interaction with much of the staff. I go through check out. I always bring my own bags. One thing I think it's absolutely disgusting it's the bottle redemption area. It always stinks, the floor is always sticky, and today I noticed that there are marks on the concrete walkway in front of the redemption area, it looks disgusting, you can tell that it is from the redemption area. I think someone should get out there and do something about the sidewalk, I think they should bleach the floor in the redemption area. I have been to other stores in the redemption area looks very nice, for example the tops on Main Street in williamsville. There is also a little corner where there is a bench, and I hate to say this, but it looks like over there may be people are garun dating in the corner. Homeless people. Otherwise I love the convenience of a smaller store. The produce is usually pretty good, as is the bakery area.

This is an amazing place! Plenty of options and all of them are very fresh :)
