The staff are so personal, professional and knowledgeable. They explain every step of your treatment in terms you can understand. They make PT a pleasant and fun experience. They have helped me beyond words. My pain level is minimal and they feel they can get it to zero. Once that happens we will work on maintenance to keep the flare ups to a minimum. They laugh at me cause I love being there--because they are so pleasant and because they have helped me so much! Definite shout out to Kim--who has set up my care plan. She is amazing and stays involved even when she is not taking care of me. Phoenix is small enough to give you that personal treatment. I would recommend them to anyone who needs PT.
