Just P.U. my Jaguar, and I will tell you this; these people take care of business. Could not be more pleased with the outcome. What I liked the most was their attention to detail & the way they kept you in the loop. They put the "S" back into service.

There isn’t enough good things I can say about Stevens Collision. I have had experiences at other collision shops, and this is by far the most professional, both in how they treat their customers and the work that is completed. Wayne the owner is very helpful and upfront with what needs to be done, and he personally got my claim to be approved by insurance. I drive leased cars, and twice I have returned the vehicles at end of lease and the dealerships can’t believe that the vehicles had been in accidents. The cars look like the day I had taken them off the lot.
They provide you with a clean reliable loaner car, and even detail your car before you pick it up. My car was cleaner than when I dropped it off!
Go in for an estimate, and I can guarantee you won’t regret t.

Where do I even begin, yesterday I went to go pick up my mom from the shop next door and it was 5:30 p.m. and I thought well I'm going to go over to Stephen's to see if they're open because I have a dent in my door that I really need to get an estimate on. I walk up to the door and it says they're only open till 5 but I go in anyways cuz the door was not locked. I was then greeted by owner Wayne who immediately got a clipboard and asked me what I needed. I told him I was looking for an estimate because I had a dent in my door and it was right on the scene so he came out and took a look at it and quoted me an estimate and then asked me if he wanted me to have him get his rubber mallet and see what he could do. So long story short he got the dent out of my door and fix a small scrape of paint in just a matter of minutes. This is the best service I have ever received in dealing with anything do to a car and let's face it I'm a girl so I don't know that much but I would really like to thank Wayne for how amazing he was yesterday and I really appreciate it.

Wayne has helped my elderly mother twice. My mother loves him as he is "such a nice guy"! They went above and beyond to make my mother feel comfortable and I am very appreciative! Great communication and a hassle free experience!
