Love the local helpful staff. They have lots crammed in that little store.

Nuts bolts, nails or glue, paint and brushes, everything you need for your project with knowledgeable staff to help you find what you need. I like you don't have to page for help then wait till someone finds you, help is there at the front door. Personal friendly service in a well stocked hardware store.

I visited because I thought they might still carry a type of spring-loaded bird feeder like one I had purchased there many years ago. The gentleman helped me and was very pleasant. I decided to come back on payday. The feeder they had was even nicer.

Every time I've ever walked through their door I have been politely greeted, asked if there's anything I need help with, or if there's anything they can help me find. It's a very small store but the size is perfect for me since their entire inventory isn't a mile apart In all directions. It's incredibly easy to locate whatever it is that you're shopping for and everything is labeled and priced clearly. They're hands down the best hardware store In western new york which is why I personally refer all of my customers to them and I also do a lot of my shopping there as well.
