I’ve been doing business with this credit union for the past 15 years along with many others. Now, they are not perfect, however compared to a lot of other banks I have done business with, they are superior. I live 1500 miles away in Colorado and every time I call with a question or problem they can identify me by my voice and help solve whatever may be going on.
Some of the staff have been there for a long time. With that they bring a personalized services, great communication and knowledge.
