I was 400 miles from home when a deer collided with my car on the New York Thruway. While I made it home in a rental, my car did not. I left my car in the care of Tom Ferber and his team at CarStar Ferber Automotive. CarStar was great! They arranged to collect my car from the towing company, quickly got a repair estimate to my insurance company, and completed the repairs without delay. CarStar kept me updated through the entire process, and made getting my car repaired from afar go smoothly and worry-free. Tom came to his shop over the weekend – the time I was available to pick up my car, and even offered to pick me up at the local airport had I chosen to fly back to Angola. The repairs themselves were excellent. The car looks new. The technicians attended to every detail including transferring the Velcro strips for my E-Z Pass to the new windshield. Should I ever again need body work on my car while traveling, I hope to be near CarStar Ferber Automotive.
