There has to be a metrics scale to coincide with volume, hours,available employees to schedule shifts. Derby Tops has many check out lines along with self checkout AND there is always a wait.
Sometimes the lines are 6 customers deep and trailing down isles.
This kind of wait at peak hours is unacceptable.
